1. General Provisions

13.3. In connection with the consideration of a dispute that has arisen in an out-of-court manner, the buyer has the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service
13.4. All disagreements arising from compliance with these rules are resolved through negotiations. In case of impossibility of agreement, disputes are resolved in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
