Return of the product

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, replace the item or issue a refund to the original payment method.
If the buyer has damaged the product or its protective packaging after delivery, the item may not be eligible for return or refund. Return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for the return and the condition of the product.
When returning the product, the following conditions must be met::
- The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging.
- Only items that have not been used can be returned.
- The product must not be damaged by the buyer.
- The product must not be lost (the labels are not damaged, the protective film is not torn off, etc.).
This condition does not apply to the return of goods of inadequate quality. The returned product must be in the complete package in which it was purchased by the buyer.
When returning the product, you must provide a confirmation of purchase, a warranty card (if any) and a completed return form, which is issued with the product.
