General Provisions
- 1. This privacy policy (hereinafter — policy) regulates the prestigious line, LLC, company code 121947060, (hereinafter — we, data controller), principles and procedures for processing personal data, as well as the websites managed by the data controller https://udom.com (hereinafter — site) operating conditions.

We strive to ensure that our clients, job candidates, website visitors and other persons whose personal data we process fully trust our services and are transparently informed about how we process their data. Therefore, it is very important that you, as a website visitor, carefully read this Policy, in which you will find information about how we collect and use (or prefer to collect and use) your personal data.

3. The data controller follows the following data processing principles:
1. Personal data must be processed in relation to the data subject in a lawful, fair and transparent manner (principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency);

Personal data must be collected for specified, clearly defined and lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes; further processing of data for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes is not considered incompatible with the original purposes (principle of purpose limitation);

4. Personal data must be accurate and updated as necessary; all reasonable measures must be taken to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate in relation to the purposes of their processing are immediately deleted or corrected (principle of accuracy);

Personal data must be stored in such a form that the identity of data subjects can be established no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which personal data are processed; personal data may be stored for longer periods of time if personal data will be processed only for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes, with the application of appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subject (principle of storage limitation;

Personal data must be processed in such a way as to ensure appropriate security of personal data through appropriate technical or organizational measures, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as against accidental loss, destruction or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality).;
7. The controller is responsible for compliance with the above principles and must be able to demonstrate that they are complied with (principle of accountability). - 4. This policy is drawn up in accordance with the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter — GDPR), the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Legal Protection of Personal Data, other legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania.
Collection, Processing, Storage of Personal Data
- 1. By providing your personal data, you give us the right to collect, gather, systematize, use and process for the purposes provided for by this Policy all personal data that you directly or indirectly provide when visiting the website and using our services.
- 2. If you do not agree with this Policy and the personal data processing described in it, please do not visit the site and/or do not use our services.
- 3. You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide is accurate, correct and complete. Providing knowingly false data is considered a violation of the policy. In case of changes to the provided data, you are obliged to correct them immediately, and if it is not possible to do so, inform the controller about it. We are not responsible under any circumstances for damage caused to you and/or third parties due to the fact that you provided incorrect and/or incomplete personal data or did not apply for addition and/or change of data in case of their change.
Processing of Personal Data for Personnel Selection Purposes
- 1. In case you decide to contact us for the purpose of participating in personnel selection, we will process personal data provided by you as a candidate(s) for the purposes of job selection.
- 2. The legal grounds for processing personal data are Article 6(1) GDPR (a) – your consent given to you when providing your data; (b) – processing for the purpose of taking measures at your initiative as a candidate(s) before concluding a contract.
- 3. Personal data collected for job selection purposes are processed by us until the end of the job selection.
- 4. Personal data collected for job selection purposes we do not transfer to third parties, but access to them may be provided to companies providing IT services who act as data processors.
Processing of Personal Data for E-commerce Purposes

1. For the implementation of e-commerce, we process such personal data of clients who purchase our goods or services through the internet (hereinafter — buyers):
1. name;
2. surname;
3. email address;
4. residential location (street, house number, city, district, postal code, state);
5. phone number;
6. purchase information (purchases, purchase amounts, purchase date);
7. user login (if email address is not used). - 2. The legal grounds for data processing for the purpose of e-commerce are paragraph (b) of Article 6(1) GDPR (processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract) and (c) (processing necessary for the performance of legal obligations imposed on us as a data controller).
- 3. During registration, data comes directly, but when the buyer pays for goods purchased through the internet, certain personal data may be received and/or transferred to the payment platform manager.
- 4. Personal data processed for the purpose of conducting e-commerce, we store until the fulfillment of the sales contract concluded with the buyer.
- 5. Access to personal data processed for this purpose may be provided to companies providing IT maintenance services who act as data processors and, accordingly, process personal data in a limited scope exclusively in accordance with our instructions.
- 6. Buyer data is transferred to third countries in cases where the delivery address specified by the buyer is outside the European Economic Area.
Processing of Personal Data for Direct Marketing Purposes
- 1. If you have expressed your consent, we provide you with what can be characterized as "direct marketing" – email. we send you newsletters and special offers by email and/or phone.
- 2. The legal basis for processing personal data for direct marketing purposes is paragraph (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR (given consent).
- 3. Data processed for direct marketing purposes we do not provide to third parties, but access to them may be provided to companies providing IT maintenance services who act as data processors and, accordingly, process personal data in a limited scope exclusively in accordance with our instructions.
- 4. You have the right to withdraw your consent to direct marketing at any time, this will not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before withdrawal of consent.
- 5. We process personal data for direct marketing purposes for 5 years from the date of consent or until the date of withdrawal of consent.
Personal Data Storage Procedure
- 1. When processing and storing personal data, the controller implements organizational and technical measures aimed at ensuring the protection of personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as from any other unlawful processing.
- 2. We apply the above various personal data retention periods depending on the purpose of processing your personal data. Exceptions to the specified retention periods may be established to the extent that such deviations do not violate your rights as a data subject, comply with legal requirements and are properly documented.
- 3. In case certain personal data is necessary for the presentation, performance or protection of legal claims, we will store them to the extent necessary to achieve such purposes in accordance with judicial, administrative or extrajudicial proceedings.
- 4. We draw your attention to the fact that, although we take all adequate measures to ensure the security of processed personal data, no website, transaction conducted over the internet, computer network, information system, database or wireless connection is completely secure.
Data Subject Rights
- 1. You, as a data subject, have the right at any time after submitting a request for access to your personal data that we process and the methods of their processing, to demand correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate your personal data, to demand suspension, except for storage, of actions for processing your personal data when data is processed without compliance with legislation and conditions of this Policy, the right to disagree with data processing, as well as the right to data portability.
