Return of the product

If you purchase an item online, you can return the defective item within 14 business days of delivery by notifying us by email: alex@udom.com or in writing, by sending a registered letter to the address: Kirtima g. 61B, Vilnius.

If you find an item of inadequate quality after purchase, you can return it within 14 business days from the delivery date. The defective product will be replaced with a new one for free, or the amount paid for it will be refunded to you. In case of a refund, logistics costs will be deducted from the amount paid.

If the buyer has damaged the protective packaging, a refund is not possible. To return the product, you can contact us in the "Contacts" section of the website using the specified methods. If the reason for returning the product is poor quality, we will replace it with a new, high-quality one at our own expense or refund the money paid for the purchase. The exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality is carried out in accordance with the "Rules for the return and exchange of goods" approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 217 dated June 29, 2001. The return of goods of proper quality is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the "Rules for the sale of goods and the provision of services when concluding contracts using means of communication", approved by Order of the Minister of Economy No. 258 dated August 17, 2001. In this case, the cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
