2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase Products from UDOM. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Description

We sell hair extensions, hair bundles, closures, frontals, and related hair care products.
We make every effort to display colors and textures accurately. However, due to lighting, monitor settings, and natural variations in human hair, the actual product may differ slightly from images.
All hair is sold as "virgin hair" or "treated hair" as described. We do not accept returns based on minor, natural variations in color or wave pattern.

4. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including fraud suspicion, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.
Pricing: All prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payment: We accept major credit cards and other methods as displayed on the Site. Payment card data is processed through secure third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Fraud Prevention: We may use address verification systems and may contact you to verify payment details.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately as described in our Return Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Hygiene Policy)

Because we sell hair products intended for human use, our return policy is strict and complies with health regulations.

A. Non-Returnable Items (by default):

Any hair product that has been washed, dyed, cut, styled, installed (sewn, glued, taped), or worn.
Any product with protective packaging (seal, bag, or wrap) opened or removed, except in cases of defect.
Clearance or "final sale" items.

B. Defective or Incorrect Items Only:

As stated in our Return Policy, you must contact us within 14 business days of delivery at info@udom.com if:
The item is damaged, defective, or materially different from your order.
You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong length or color).

C. Conditions for Return (Defective/Wrong Items):

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, neat packaging with all labels intact.
The protective film or seal must not be torn off (this condition does not apply to inadequate quality returns).
You must provide: proof of purchase, warranty card (if any), and a completed return form (included with the product).

D. Process:

If we approve your claim, we will replace the product or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason. For our error (defective/wrong item), we will cover standard shipping. For buyer's remorse (if accepted, rarely), you pay shipping.

E. Buyer Damage:

If you damage the product or its protective packaging after delivery, the product is not eligible for return or refund.

7. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
You are responsible for all activities under your account, including orders placed.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Privacy and Data Use

No Medical/Performance Guarantee: We do not guarantee that hair extensions will match your exact texture, hold curls, or last a specific duration, as results depend on application, maintenance, and natural hair type.
Normal Variations: Human hair is a natural product. Slight variations in color, wave, or thickness between bundles are normal and do not constitute a defect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW:
UDOM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., hair damage to your natural hair, styling costs, lost wages).
Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UDOM, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of our products (e.g., allergic reaction, improper installation).
Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of any law (including selling counterfeit hair as UDOM brand).

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Dispute Resolution: Any claim or dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You agree to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Site after 14 days of notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
